These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7ze77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, games, and payment facilities available at https://7ze77.io and any associated mobile applications or platforms operated under the 7ze77 brand.

The 7ze77 platform provides online casino gaming, live dealer table games, sports betting, and related entertainment services exclusively to eligible adults. All services are provided on an "as is" basis subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of this Agreement and any translated or localised version, the English text shall prevail. The governing language of all communications between 7ze77 and its players is English.

7ze77 operates for the entertainment of players in Bangladesh and processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Age Requirement. Access to real-money gaming on the 7ze77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 7ze77 enforces a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds therein will be returned to the deposited payment method after deduction of any bonuses received.

Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 7ze77 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any point during your use of the platform at 7ze77's discretion, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh, a valid passport, or a driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7ze77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7ze77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.

Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 7ze77 support team immediately at [email protected]. 7ze77 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution. The platform cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. 7ze77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. If an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 7ze77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawals must be processed and all bonus balances that do not meet the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Supported Payment Methods. 7ze77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers and card payments are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposit Processing. Deposits via mobile wallets are credited to your 7ze77 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your account balance. 7ze77 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 7ze77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business hours from the time of request approval. VIP-tier account holders benefit from priority withdrawal processing with target times of under ten (10) minutes. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.

Withdrawal Restrictions. 7ze77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where the wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have not been met. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with the steps required to resolve it.

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by 7ze77 are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus provisions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet requirements within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

Eligible Games. Not all games on the 7ze77 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer table games, slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates. The specific contribution percentages for each game category are published in the promotional terms for each offer.

Bonus Abuse. 7ze77 monitors accounts for patterns of play that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7ze77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend the account.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 7ze77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent accounts opened to claim a welcome bonus again constitute a violation of the single-account policy.
• Free bet credits awarded via promotions expire within the period stated in the relevant promotional terms and cannot be carried forward.

Certified RNG. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ze77 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, exploits, or any software tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in relation to a completed and valid deposit transaction. Any player found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will have their account suspended and the disputed amount pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Platform Availability. 7ze77 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Gambling Losses. Players acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. 7ze77 accepts no liability for losses incurred during normal gameplay on the platform. The platform provides games of chance for entertainment purposes; outcomes are not guaranteed and players should only wager funds they can afford to lose.

Third-Party Services. 7ze77 is not liable for the actions, errors, or failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers whose services are integrated into the platform. Where a loss arises directly from a third-party provider's proven error, 7ze77 will cooperate with the provider to seek a reasonable resolution.

Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 7ze77 to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7ze77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your net wagering position for the current session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by activating a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day cooling-off period during which your account is suspended for real-money play.

Suspension by 7ze77. 7ze77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the platform, its players, or third parties. Where possible, the player will be notified of the reason for suspension, subject to any legal or investigative constraints.

Effects of Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding review or investigation is completed, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or seizure order.

Right of Appeal. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected]. 7ze77 will acknowledge receipt of the appeal within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

7ze77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, registered players will be notified via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law) may be published without prior notice.

Continued use of the 7ze77 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision to these Terms was published. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
